We are seeking a Senior Receptionist for a part‐time role (Tuesdays, Fridays and cover as required) to support our Allied Health team in Cockburn.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well‐equipped, welcoming environment.
* Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, timesheet management, debt recovery, payroll, and end‐of‐month reporting in the Manager's absence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists, insurers and community stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and service delivery.
* Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
What You'll Bring
* Experience working in a medical or allied health setting.
* Experience with medical/clinical software, preferably Nookal or similar.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Passion for the patient journey.
