Early Career Development Fellow – Mechatronics Engineering
Develop effective learning materials and activities as part of a design team or with guidance from the Unit Chair and demonstrate awareness of ongoing innovation in curriculum design.
Assist in applying industry, clinical and/or research practice into student learning experiences, success, engagement and resources.
Deliver effective teaching practices within unit and suggest approaches to innovate teaching practices to improve student success and engagement.
Maintain appropriate discipline knowledge and constructively review and refine own teaching practice to help maintain teaching quality standards.
This position may require the incumbent to travel domestically and/or internationally to attend conferences, events and to represent the university.
To be successful, you'll have:
PhD in Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant discipline and other relevant qualifications and experience.
Expertise or experience in signals and systems, data communications and virtual or augmented reality are desirable.
Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in UG and/or PG programs, including innovative curriculum design.
Emerging research and scholarship through publications, and/or exhibitions as appropriate to the discipline.
