Our trainers need to be experienced and able to run group classes with a high energy level and motivate our clients as best possible

**Hours**
38 hours p/w on full time contract opportunity.
Flexible availability to be able to work across a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
- Deliver classes to the Opulent Group Game Changers standard
- Lead the team of trainers to deliver to the same standards
- Build strong rapport with clients
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Sales: Assist the Manager when required with new member sales
- Assist the Manager with weekly administration tasks such as member retention, challenge prep/wrap up & marketing
- Assist with the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the studio
**Role Requirements**
- 1+ Years' Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness preferred
- Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified (Cert IV highly desirable)
- Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives
- Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
- Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
