Due to recent commercial successes, we are looking to add to our high-calibre local Perth team. We require a dynamic Product Support Analyst to lead the charge in enabling our clients across Australia to get the most out of our product.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager this role will be part of an established team who are working with the latest cloud technologies, delivering solutions to progressive care providers and government departments. You would be responsible for client satisfaction with our technology, assisting with usability queries and improving training and support materials.

YOUR SKILLS
* Basic computer and network skills
* Minimum 3-5 years experience with basic computer and network skills
* Client communications
* Technical support for web and mobile devices
* Minimum 1-2 years experience providing technical support for web and mobile devices
* Working with stakeholders across multiple teams (tech, support and clients)
* Development of documentation
* Testing and QA
* Experience in working with IT system deployments
* Minimum 3-5 years experience working with IT system deployments
BONUS SKILLS
* Experience working with a homecare, disability, or aged care organisation
* Experience working in a health care environment
* A service management background
* An interest or experience in Software development
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Certificate or Diploma level qualification is required.
