About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred support to participants with disabilities in North Perth.
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
* Assess participants developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet goals.
* Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Effectively manage a caseload of participants and provide timely therapeutic interventions.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored plans.
3. Deliver high-quality therapeutic services that meet the needs of participants and contribute to improved health outcomes.
4. Support the professional development of junior clinicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
5. Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensure compliance in all aspects of practice.
