Salary: $144,109 + Super + salary package up to $15,900 tax‐free for living expenses.
About the role
Support the Digital Transformation Program by analysing and delivering digital solutions. Elicit and manage requirements, facilitate design workshops, and support agile delivery. Report to the Manager, Technical Business Analysis; partner with product, tech, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements, translating needs into clear, scalable solution designs.
* Lead design thinking and service design activities, including workshops, user research, and journey mapping.
* Collaborate in agile delivery—managing backlogs, refining user stories, and supporting sprint execution.
* Engage stakeholders across business, product, and technology, supporting testing, delivery assurance, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
* Proven BA experience in digital platforms.
* Strong design thinking & service design skills.
* Agile delivery expertise (Scrum/Kanban).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication.
