We are looking for an experienced and passionate Change expert to join our Brisbane Hub to support a diverse range of projects and industry leading clients.
Role Overview
As a Change Management Consultant, you will take a lead role in planning, managing, and delivering change activities across complex projects and programs. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to understand business impacts, shape effective change strategies, and ensure people across the organisation are informed, supported, and ready for new processes, systems, or ways of working. This is a hands‑on delivery role with ownership over key change artefacts such as change plans, communications, training content, and readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of end‑to‑end change management plans, covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness.
* Conduct detailed change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable strategies for business leaders and end users.
* Write and deliver high‑quality communication materials (executive updates, email campaigns, FAQs, presentations, talking points, change packs).
* Oversee the design and development of training materials—including user guides, quick reference guides, eLearning content, and workshop materials.
* Facilitate training sessions, roadshows, briefings, and workshops for various stakeholder groups.
* Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders, SMEs, and change champions to support adoption.
* Monitor change readiness, identify risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on change impacts and adoption strategies.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of change frameworks, tools, and templates within the practice.
* Support mentoring or informal leadership of junior change practitioners where required.
About You
* Minimum 5–8+ years' experience delivering change management activities across medium to large‑scale projects.
* Strong capability in developing change artefacts—including change plans, impact assessments, communications, and training content.
* Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
* Experience facilitating training, briefings, and workshops with confidence and professionalism.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate complex environments with autonomy.
* Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Agile Change), supported by relevant certifications and/or tertiary qualifications.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with project teams and business leaders.
* Consulting experience (internal or external) is highly valued.
