This role plays a critical part in strengthening organisational learning, improving control effectiveness, and ensuring serious incidents are investigated consistently, ethically, and to a high professional standard.Based at our **Perth Head Office**, this role will involve **travel to operational sites as required** and acts as a trusted, independent specialist supporting leaders, safety, risk and compliance stakeholders across the business.**About the Role**Reporting to the **Group Manager Safety & Training**, you will:* Lead and facilitate complex incident and compliance investigations using ICAM or equivalent methodologies* Provide expert guidance in investigation planning, evidence gathering, interviewing, analysis and report writing* Ensure investigations focus on **systemic factors and control effectiveness**, not individual blame* Review and quality‐assure investigation outputs for executive and regulatory requirements* Deliver investigation training and coach leaders and subject matter experts* Analyse investigation trends and translate insights into practical, business‐wide improvements* Support sensitive, high‐profile or regulator‐facing investigations* **Travel to sites as required** to support investigations and stakeholder engagement**About You**You are a confident, credible investigator who can operate independently while influencing at senior levels.
