We're looking for a Client Relationship Consultant to join our Internal Broker team and play a key role in re‐engaging our existing customers while building a strong foundation for a future career as an Asset Finance Broker.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for reconnecting with customers who have previously obtained finance through Ausloans. Your focus will be on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting conversations into outcomes.
This is a sales‐focused role where your ability to engage, influence, and deliver value over the phone will directly drive your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Re‐engage existing Ausloans customers to generate repeat business
* Conduct proactive outbound calls aligned with campaigns and sales initiatives
* Build strong relationships to drive trust, loyalty, and long‐term engagement
* Clearly communicate the Ausloans value proposition to achieve conversion outcomes
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records in CRM systems
* Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and performance
* Collaborate with internal brokers, credit team, and stakeholders
* Meet and exceed KPIs across call activity, conversions, and revenue
* Represent the Ausloans brand professionally in every interaction
* Contribute to team success and continuous improvement initiatives
