Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused payroll professional with a strong accuracy mindset and the ability to interpret awards, EBAs, and payroll legislation. A collaborative team player with excellent communication and a strong focus on stakeholder support. A self‐starter who can manage competing deadlines and perform effectively in a fast‐paced environment. This is a full‐time maximum term role (base salary $75–78k, depending on experience) through to early 2027, with opportunity for extension or permanence.
Responsibilities
* Process end‐to‐end weekly payroll accurately and on time
* Manage payroll data, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
* Respond to payroll enquiries and support internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with legislative, tax, and super obligations
Qualifications
* 2+ years payroll or related administration experience
* Experience with Payroll systems (Preceda, Dayforce or similar)
* Strong attention to detail with problem‐solving capability
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data
