Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

As a skilled Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the core reception function, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your role will involve meeting and greeting internal and external visitors, directing phone and email enquiries, processing travel bookings, and maintaining accurate information databases.

You will also support regional staff with fleet and administration tasks, assist in onboarding and offboarding of staff members, and coordinate local site events and meetings. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet internal and external visitors and manage the core reception function.
* Direct and manage phone and email enquiries (both internal & external).
* Process travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, rental cars and management of Cabcharge and Uber requirements.
* Maintain accurate information databases, including fleet, travel, internal and external contacts and suppliers.
* Support regional staff with fleet and administration tasks.
* Assist in onboarding and offboarding of staff members.
* Coordinate local site events and meetings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of organization and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Familiarity with fleet management and administrative tasks.
