We're looking for an experienced Architect with a flair for luxury residential and townhouse projects to join a dynamic and creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end residential developments from concept through to documentation.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading design and documentation for luxury townhouse and residential projects
* Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver detail-focused outcomes
* Producing high-quality, presentation-ready drawings using Archicad
What We're Looking For:
* 5-7 years of experience
* Proven experience in luxury residential and townhouse projects
* Expert-level Archicad skills with BIM workflow experience
* Strong knowledge of residential design, materials, and construction detailing
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
