Job Role: Junior Store Assistant
As a Junior Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting customers with finding products on the shop floor.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment by restocking shelves, tidying up displays, and keeping aisles free from obstacles.
* Perform back-of-store duties including unloading and unpacking stock, and restocking shelves.
