Your Responsibilities
* Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of techniques and methods
* Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results
* Prepare and maintain accurate records of test data, observations, and laboratory procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines
* Assist in the investigation of out-of-specification results and non-conformances
* Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance laboratory processes, methods, and efficiencies
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support and meet company goals and objectives
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field
* Previous experience in microbiology laboratory testing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of microbiological principles, techniques, and methodologies
* Experience with aseptic techniques, microbial identification, and environmental monitoring
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to microbiological testing and quality control
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory procedures and data analysis
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
