About the Opportunity
A long-established, high-demand private practice in Mornington is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to take over a patient base from a full-time clinician. The role offers full clinical autonomy in comprehensive general dentistry, including implants, aligners, cosmetic work, and oral rehabilitations, while benefiting from guidance and case discussion with a specialist Prosthodontist. Full books are provided from day one with an established waitlist of several weeks.
Compensation and Benefits
* 40–42% commission on fee income
* Full books from day one and a patient base with high treatment acceptance

Pay: $300,000.00 – $420,000.00 per year. Work location: in person.

* 3+ years Australian experience in private practice
* Strong general dentistry skills across a wide variety of procedures
* Patient‐focused with excellent communication and ethical standards

* AHPRA registration without conditions and current professional indemnity insurance
