This is more than internal sales. It's a hybrid of technical account management, customer relationship development and sales enablement, backed by the globally trusted

brands. You'll manage a portfolio of scientific clients, respond to enquiries, and drive the sales of high-integrity products used in labs, exploration and production quality control across the mining value chain.

What You'll Do

* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients in the analytical, mining and environmental sectors
* Respond to product and technical enquiries, guiding customers through specification, pricing and order fulfilment
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Production and Logistics to ensure excellent delivery
* Maintain and report on your sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
* Work closely with the Sales Director to execute strategic sales initiatives

What You Bring

* Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the scientific, laboratory or mining-related industries
* Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build trust and technical credibility with clients
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to manage opportunities and customer interactions
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* A qualification in science, chemistry, geology, or a related field is highly desirable
