**Job Opportunity:** Senior Clinical Editor for Health Pathways
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Editor to join our team. As a Senior Clinical Editor, you will be responsible for localising health pathways and ensuring that clinical information is accurate and up-to-date.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaboration: Work with the Mackay HealthPathways team and other stakeholders to identify priorities for pathway development and localisation.
* Cultural Sensitivity: Consult with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island cultural experts to ensure culturally appropriate content and resources are included in all pathways.
* Information Gathering: Gather and check clinical information about local practice, including assessment, management, and referral of clinical conditions.
* Efficient Localisation: Localise pathways efficiently by making only the minimum changes necessary to reflect local practice.
* Clinical Content: Ensure all clinical information provided is complete, accurate, and unambiguous.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with technical writers at Streamliners via phone, email, and other channels.
