Mental Health Clinician Role
About The Position
* This is a challenging opportunity for experienced mental health professionals to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care in a dynamic community-based setting.
* As a valued member of our Continuing Care Team, you will be working within a recovery-oriented framework to provide assessment, intervention, and treatment services to individuals with diverse mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, or psychology, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, as well as knowledge of recovery models and trauma-informed practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide effective, safe, and consumer-focused care in a community-based setting.
2. To work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
3. To maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.
4. To participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A registered qualification in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, or psychology.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health setting.
* Knowledge of recovery models and trauma-informed practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
