Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive cardiac assessments and develop treatment plans
* Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions in hospital settings
* Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, and nursing staff
* Provide patient and family education on cardiac health management
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
* Mentor and support junior nursing staff
Qualifications
* Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
* Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or equivalent
* Substantial experience in cardiac or critical care nursing
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
Salary and Superannuation
* Annual salary: $148,470 (pro rata)
* 12% superannuation contribution, plus $9,010 living expenses and $2,650 meal entertainment per FBT year
* Post Graduate Allowance up to 7.5% based on qualification type

Appointment Details
Permanent, full-time day‐worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours are negotiable based on the successful applicant.
Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner.
