About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our high-performing team at Myhealth Helensvale on a full-time basis.
As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence while creating a supportive and team-driven environment. You will have the chance to grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking practice that places strong emphasis on personal development and ongoing training.
A Day in the Life:
1. Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows
2. Overseeing day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality care
3. Facilitating inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
4. Managing diary scheduling systems with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination
5. Providing solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries
6. Leading a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an individual with:
* Experience in GP medical reception or practice management
* Confident leadership and senior administrative skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
* A positive attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations
