We look at the big picture for every client. This starts with their goals, finances, family plans, cash flow, and what their future could look like. Our advice covers everything from superannuation and retirement planning to investments, personal insurance, and Centrelink support.
Currently, we have two Advisers, an Associate Adviser, and an Office Manager. We are looking for a reliable Financial Planning Assistant who is eager to grow professionally and help us manage and expand our business.
Attitude counts— No prior experience in financial services is required—recent graduates and those with admin backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
· Oversee and support general office administration
· Prepare for client meetings and provide post-meeting support
· Communicate with new and existing clients, building strong relationships
· Assist with applications (both paper and digital) and ensure smooth processes
· Conduct research using industry tools (like XPlan WealthSolver, Risk Researcher, XTools+)
· Help develop and edit advice documents
Full training and mentoring will be provided for all technical aspects of the role.
About You
· You're passionate about helping people and delivering great service
· You're detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
· You're eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
· You have strong IT skills (experience with XPlan or MS Word is a plus, but not essential)
· You communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team
