Qualifications
Formal tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential. Extensive experience in industrial project management, engineering coordination, or automation delivery will be considered equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of a major automation and packaging equipment project. You will act as the main liaison with the client and internal departments, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational alignment throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automation environments, with proven ability to:
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams during early project phases to define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Provide pre-sales input on technical feasibility and project planning.
* Maintain continuous communication with customers, serving as the primary contact from project initiation through closure.
* Coordinate internal teams across engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely execution and alignment with objectives.
* Oversee subcontractors and third-party providers involved in installation, testing, and commissioning.
* Monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones, making operational decisions and adjustments as required.
* Report regularly to company leadership on project progress, risks, and key metrics.
* Lead post-installation support and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining long-term relationships for future opportunities.
* Resolve unforeseen issues with agility and professionalism to maintain project momentum.

TAVIL Australia offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience.

Pay: $175,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
