Responsible for driving business growth by identifying and soliciting new opportunities.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for proactively seeking out and managing group and catering-related business opportunities. This includes working with existing clients to identify potential upsell opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related field.

A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, no work experience required.

Conducting Daily Sales Activities
Respond to inbound inquiries and solicit new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive loyalty and retention.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales performance.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
