What You'll Do
* Manage all stock receival and oversee efficient stock picking and replenishment to ensure outlets are fully stocked
* Ensure all stock is put away in the outlets in an organised fashion with quality checks and rotation
* Assist with monthly stock takes and help with stock ordering as required
* Communicate directly with suppliers regarding shortages and provide regular updates on stock quantities to outlet managers
* Take full responsibility for cleanliness and maintaining a highly organised and safe stock room environment
About You
* Thrives on the adrenaline of a busy food service environment and can keep a cool head under pressure
* Takes the lead on tasks with a self-motivated attitude that doesn't wait for instructions
* Values the importance of the \"unseen\" work, like dishwashing and stock prep, in a successful cafe
