We are now seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join the pre-opening leadership team and help shape the culinary identity of what promises to become one of Adelaide's most talked-about lifestyle destinations.
This is not a role for someone looking to simply "run a kitchen."
This is an opportunity to build something with personality, soul, and cultural relevance from the ground up.
Overseeing our signature restaurant & bar, in-room dining, and events operation, you will lead the culinary vision across the hotel — creating experiences that feel vibrant, social, generous, and unmistakably Treehouse.

What You'll Do
* Lead the pre-opening culinary journey from concept through launch and beyond
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team and culture
* Oversee all culinary operations including the signature restaurant & bar, events, and in-room dining
* Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, beverage, and operations teams to create experiences that drive both reputation and revenue
* Deliver commercially successful operations whilst maintaining creativity and quality
* Develop menus and event experiences that are distinctly Treehouse — playful, social, and full of character
* Champion sustainability, local sourcing, and conscious kitchen practices
Who You Are
* A creative and commercially astute culinary leader
* Experienced in lifestyle, luxury, or culturally relevant restaurant environments
* Someone who understands that restaurants today are about energy, storytelling, music, people, and experience — not just food
* Calm under pressure with a strong operational foundation
