Responsibilities
The Landpower Centre Service Department requires a highly organised administrative support specialist to:
* Plan, process warranties, raise and book service jobs.
* Raise purchase orders and create invoices.
* Provide frontline customer support for phone and email queries.
* Assist with diary management.
* Support the Operations Manager with day‐to‐day operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Experience using service administration to add value to a team of technicians, sales and operations staff.
* Willingness to learn from industry professionals with over 30 years of experience.
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive, creative mindset to improve efficiency.
* Positive attitude under pressure and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
* Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP software.
