* Role 1: Based in Sydney or Brisbane (covering NSW & QLD)
* Role 2: Based in Adelaide (covering VIC, WA & SA)
You will serve as the primary commercial representative in your region, driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building long-term channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Territory Sales Support & Business Development
* Identify and approach potential installers and distribution partners
* Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and lead generation
* Support the execution of regional sales plans to achieve quarterly targets
* Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
* Assist in onboarding new channel partners
* Maintain regular contact with existing partners to support sales growth
* Provide basic product information, pricing guidance, and promotional updates
* Support partner activation initiatives and local marketing activities
* Product & Market Support
* Deliver product introductions and basic sales training to partners
* Represent EP Cube at regional events and installer meetings
* Gather competitor and market feedback to support sales strategy
* Reporting & Administration
* Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
* Provide weekly updates on sales activities and pipeline status
* Coordinate with Technical Support and Marketing teams as needed
What We're Looking For
* Experience in B2B or channel sales preferred
* Experience in solar, energy storage, electrical, or technical product sales is an advantage
* Strong prospecting and communication skills
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
* Ability to travel within the assigned territory
* Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
