We're partnering with a well-established international freight forwarder looking for a confident and capable Operations Manager to take the reins of their Transport and Import/Export operations. What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead and restructure transport and import operations, shifting the team from reactive to proactive performance
* Establish meaningful KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent service excellence
* Implement system-driven efficiencies using CW1 working cross-functionally across departments
* Resolve operational issues swiftly while balancing the needs of customers, staff, and the wider business
* Review SOPs, staffing levels, warehouse processes, and implement improvements across the board
What You'll Bring:
* Strong experience in transport and import sea operations
* Proven success in managing and developing offshore teams
* High-level proficiency with CW1
* A dependable, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead from the front
* Must be available to work full-time from the office in Tullamarine
