Aboriginal Cultural Capability Facilitator - Location negotiable within NNSWLHD

About the role
Working with the Aboriginal Cultural Capability Team Leader to promote and champion cultural capability, safety and responsiveness throughout the organisation. Responsibilities:
* Develop key initiatives and deliver education and training to employees to enhance cultural capability and inclusivity.
* Strengthen organisational cultural capability and engage with local Aboriginal communities to drive meaningful change.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver initiatives across Northern NSW LHD.
* Support staff at all levels to build culturally safe and respectful practices and empower Aboriginal employees.
* Undertake rollout of the Northen NSW Local Health District's Aboriginal cultural training program \"Respecting the Difference\" and other bespoke cultural training.
* Coordinate, facilitate, evaluate and report on learning outcomes for all staff.
Qualifications
Applicants must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent. The Aboriginality qualification is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised by section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
