We're seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Administrator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of bespoke builds — from pricing and budgeting to project delivery. You'll work closely with architects, clients, and subcontractors to bring unique architectural visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-end residential and architectural projects from concept to completion.
* Prepare and monitor budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
* Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and cost management throughout each stage.
* Administer contracts, variations, and procurement processes.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and trades to ensure quality and communication excellence.
* Maintain schedules, safety compliance, and project documentation.
Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years' experience in project management or contract administration (residential focus).
* Proven experience with architectural or luxury builds.
* Strong financial, estimating, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with construction software a bonus (e.g. Buildxact, Procore).
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality and innovation.
