Role Responsibilities
* Coordinate the full employee life cycle
* Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Achieve sales growth and meet department and store KPI targets
* Launch catalogue campaigns
* Visual Merchandising and building store standards
* Daily recovery & replenishment of stock
* Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
* High volume stock management and movement
The Ideal Candidate
* Time management & multi-tasking ability
* Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
* Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
* Having an owner's mindset for your store
* A passionate attitude that inspires your team
* A resilient & innovative problem solver
* Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT competency
* First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
