Head Chef
We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Job Description:
A hands-on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading a team to deliver daily meals and events.
Key responsibilities include overseeing catering operations, managing food forecasting and stock controls, and ensuring compliance with OH&S and HACCP standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within high-volume or structured environments
* Confident leadership skills with proven experience in training, developing, and engaging teams
* Expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
