About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Design Drafter to join our reputable utility client.
In this role, you will specialise in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) systems, providing critical support in the design and documentation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and distribution systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce detailed electrical and instrumentation drawings including single-line diagrams, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, control block diagrams, and conduit/cable schedules.Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, local codes, and client specifications.Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to translate conceptual designs into accurate and constructible drawing packages.Perform quality assurance checks on drawings to maintain high standards and accuracy.What We're Looking For15 to 20 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design drafting, with a focus on the water utility industry.Strong knowledge of water industry electrical, I&C, and SCADA design standards for both indoor and outdoor systems.Proficiency in Auto CAD CAD platform.Deep understanding of electrical codes and instrumentation standards.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently with minimal supervision.How to ApplyIf this sounds like the role for you, please hit 'APPLY NOW' and upload the latest version of your resume.
