MAMAS Dining Group is home to some of Melbourne's most loved dining concepts, including Hochi Mama, Kiss & Tell, Straight Outta Saigon, Windsor Wine Room, Suzie Q, Disuko and our newest venture, Spaghetti Club.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead the marketing function across the group, balancing brand strategy, creative direction and commercial performance. This role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with venue leaders, operations and ownership to drive guest engagement, reservations, events and revenue across a growing portfolio.
You'll be supported by an in-house creative team, but we're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, getting into the venues, creating campaigns, analysing results and making things happen.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading marketing strategy across multiple venue brands
* Managing campaign planning and promotional calendars
* Driving reservations, events and banquet sales through targeted marketing initiatives
* Overseeing OpenTable performance and booking conversion opportunities
* Developing campaigns to generate function and event enquiries through Tripleseat
* Managing paid digital advertising and measuring campaign performance
* Leading content direction across social and digital channels
* Coordinating photoshoots, activations, partnerships and media opportunities
* Working closely with venue teams to bring campaigns to life
* Building strong relationships with industry icons, influencers, and brands
* Managing in-house marketing team
What You'll Bring
* At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role
* Hospitality, food, beverage, lifestyle or entertainment experience highly regarded
* Strong understanding of social media, paid advertising and content marketing
* Experience managing multiple brands, projects or campaigns simultaneously
* Commercial acumen and the ability to connect marketing activity with revenue outcomes
* Confidence working with booking, CRM and event platforms such as OpenTable and Tripleseat
* A hands‐on approach and willingness to be present in venues when required
* Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with leading a team
* Campaign execution and follow‐through.
