About the Role
As a Client Service Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting Associates and Financial Planners in the delivery and implementation of advice—ranging from simple strategies through to more complex financial planning solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting advisers to implement all aspects of financial advice
* Liaising directly with clients, building strong and trusted relationships
* Managing product comparisons and assisting with research
* Coordinating documentation, workflow, and compliance requirements
* Ensuring exceptional service delivery across the advice process
