The Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the successful delivery of BI and analytics solutions, working closely with business and IT teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business units to capture requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of new data-driven initiatives.
- Supporting Agile teams by promoting continuous improvement, removing blockers, and managing work pipelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Creating comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional designs, user manuals, and business glossaries.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Contributing to agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Providing hands-on support for BI tools and analytics platforms to enhance decision-making and problem-solving capabilities within the business.
Your Skillset: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 3+ years in Business Analysis, particularly within BI, Data Warehousing, or Analytics solutions.
- Agile Expertise: Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- BI Knowledge: Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects) and strong data analysis skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Access.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to deliver practical solutions using BI tools to aid business decision-making.
