About the Role
At the Northern NSW Local Health District, allied health professionals collaborate across disciplines to deliver person‑centred care. As a Senior Social Worker, you will work within multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, and podiatrists, to enhance recovery, promote participation and improve quality‑of‑life outcomes.
You will provide support across hospitals, community settings and in patients' homes, leading change, delivering holistic care and contributing to innovative, compassionate services in regional communities.

Hours per week : up to 38
Remuneration : $116,892.00 – $120,680.00 per annum pro rata
