As a Sleep Coach
Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting people on their sleep health journey. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards, working towards driving revenue, increased business growth and superior market reputation.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service – greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Achieve sales targets – recommend products and services that improve sleep quality.
* Maintain store standards – keep displays fresh, manage stock, and ensure the clinic looks amazing.
* Product expertise – complete training and stay up-to-date on ResMed's innovative solutions.
* Customer follow-up – build relationships, check progress, and ensure satisfaction.
* Operational tasks – handle POS transactions, cash management, and general admin duties.
* Equipment care – maintain and check trial devices for customer use.
Qualifications
* Retail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
* Sales-driven mindset – you love hitting goals!
* Strong communication skills – confident, compassionate, and adaptable.
* Attention to detail – from visual merchandising to reporting.
* Tech savvy – POS experience; Salesforce and Shopify knowledge is a bonus.
* Healthcare or pharmacy background? Fantastic, but not essential.
