About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will lead the home through its commissioning phase, ensuring safe, high-quality care while building a strong, high‐performing team. You will oversee operations, compliance, team performance and resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership across clinical, hospitality, lifestyle and administration teams
* Ensure high standards of clinical governance, care delivery and resident wellbeing
* Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency
* Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
* Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and quality standards
* Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
About You
* Previous Aged Care Management experience
* Commissioning experience desirable yet not essential
* Current AHPRA registration
* Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
* Proven leadership, operational and financial management capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passion for delivering high‐quality resident‐centred care
