What You'll Do ~ As a Personal Care Worker at GLAICA House, you will:
* Deliver exceptional person-centered care to our resident/s
* Respond to and manage clinical emergencies when required
* Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for all residents
* Lead by example in compliance, care excellence, and positive team culture
Essential Criteria:
* You will be kind and compassionate and love working with older people
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar)
* Valid National Police Clearance
* Full working rights in Australia
* Commitment to upholding resident rights, dignity and choice
* Computer literacy and accurate documentation skills
Desirable:
* Experience in Residential Aged Care
* Ability to pick up a variety of different shifts
