Product Director, Multiple Myeloma Nurse/APP Marketing for TECVAYLI®
Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America
The Product Director will be accountable for leading the nurse and APP focused strategies and execution for TECVAYLI®.
Position Description
* Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
* Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with HCP marketing/Prof Promo, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, PS&E, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
* Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
* Develop tactical plans and lead brand deployment direction for Oncology Clinical Educators (OCEs) in collaboration with other brand leads and cross-functional partners
* Develop content with learning and development team for field team meetings and ongoing field development for Oncology Clinical Educators (OCEs) and other field teams
* Collaborate with omnichannel leads and media agencies to ensure targeted execution of nurse/APP-focused tactics
Qualifications
* A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
* A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
* A minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
* Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
* Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
