Job Summary
In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking skilled Chefs to join our team at Bandiana Military Site. You will prepare fresh, high‐quality meals for Defence personnel across breakfast, lunch, and dinner messes.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve meals for Defence personnel
* Help with catering for events and functions
* Keep the kitchen clean and safe
* Work with a great team and support junior staff
* Follow food safety standards
Qualifications
* CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
* HACCP Level2 certification
* 3+ years' experience in large commercial kitchen environments
* Flexible and adaptive in complex, multi‐stakeholder settings
* Strong planning and organisational abilities
* Professional, enthusiastic, and aligned with Ventia's values
* Australian citizen (for security clearance)
