Salary: $125,183 - $130,779 p.a. plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – RN3

About the Role Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Nurse Unit Manager where you will lead our dedicated team providing exceptional paediatric care.

This position offers the chance to shape the future of children's healthcare whilst advancing your nursing leadership career.

In this role, you will:

Manage daily operations of a busy children's ward, ensuring safe, quality patient care

Lead and mentor a dedicated team

Collaborate with medical staff, allied health professionals and families

Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives and staff development

Manage budgets, resources and staffing requirements

To be eligible for this position You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

About You To thrive in this role you will possess proven leadership experience, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and have a commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
