The successful candidate reports to the Labor Relations Supervisor and will efficiently carries out tasks in line with labor relations programs and activities, maintains high levels of confidentiality, and trust and integrity in the handling of critical matters.
Performs tasks related to planned labor relations programs and activities.
Ensures fair and proper handling of all disciplinary and administrative proceedings.
Coordinates with Regional and District HR counterparts and other offices when necessary.
Maintains linkages with employees to keep abreast of employee pulse and sentiments.
Monitors employee issues concerning grievances, poor performance, disciplinary actions, and labor management relationship, and reports the same to the Labor Relations Supervisor.
Organizes and maintains records pertaining to labor relations programs and activities corporate-wide as well as related activities and information;
Ensures adherence to established company policies and practices;
Keeps up-to-date on labor laws and related issuances from DOLE;
Effectively handles multiple assignments, special projects, and other duties in support of the overall agenda of the HRTO;
Ensures activities are in compliance with NGCP safety standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Social Science or any related course
* Must have at least two (2) years' work-related experience and exposure to different HR facets
* Ability to perform administrative activities
* Must be knowledgeable on employment laws, principles and practices
* Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills
* Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality and judgement
* Enthusiastic team player with a strong dive to create a positive work environment
