Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to staff and clients
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Monitor system performance and ensure security and backup procedures are maintained
* Assist with onboarding and setup of new employees
* Maintain user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
* Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
* Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business applications
* Escalate complex technical issues where required
* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
Requirements
* 12 months of Work Experience
* Diploma Level or higher
