About The Role
As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience. You will meet each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and education on financial solutions, including digital channels. The role is primarily branch-based and requires delivering excellent customer service to foster customer satisfaction and advocacy.
You will be part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to ensure the best customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Location: Bankstown Central Shopping Centre, shop P1, North Terrace, Bankstown NSW 2200
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
What will your day look like?
Providing customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their banking needs, including transaction activities and digital education.
Being a team role model and peer coach to enhance customer experience.
Contributing to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
Supporting bank programs and initiatives.
Understanding and managing customer risk through 'know your customer' practices.
Ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
What will you bring?
To succeed, you should ideally have:
Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is advantageous.
Experience with digital channels and technology promotion.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
Willingness to work collaboratively.
Understanding of compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Having most of these skills is sufficient; a growth mindset is valued at ANZ.
