Our client is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join a growing travel business focused on supporting travel agents through innovative, tech-enabled solutions and exceptional service.

This is a true business development role delivered through inside sales, outbound engagement, and virtual relationship management — not a traditional on-the-road BDM position.

About the Role

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of travel agent partners, driving enquiry growth, repeat business, and commercial performance through structured outbound sales activity.

Success in this role comes from:

* Confident phone-based selling
* Virtual meetings and training sessions
* Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
* Strong commercial ownership of account performance

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of travel agent accounts
* Drive enquiry volume, repeat usage, and revenue growth
* Execute proactive outbound call campaigns to activate and re-engage agents
* Identify opportunities within accounts and convert them into results
* Position the business as a preferred partner for agents
* Deliver engaging virtual presentations, onboarding sessions, and product training
* Build strong relationships through phone and video interactions
* Understand agent needs and provide tailored sales solutions
* Clearly communicate the company's value proposition across a wide range of agent profiles
* Maintain structured call cycles and account management activity
* Manage CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups with accuracy
* Balance strategic account growth with daily sales execution
* Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
* A BDM or inside sales professional who thrives in a phone-based sales role
* A former travel consultant wanting to stay in the industry without booking travel
* A high-performing retail or hospitality salesperson looking to move into B2B sales
