About Us
We are a growing Melbourne-based business looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly & Administration Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a varied hands-on role that combines light assembly work with general office administration duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both practical and administrative tasks.
About the Role
In this hybrid position, you will assist with assembling small plastic components and rods while also supporting the office with day-to-day administrative tasks. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble small plastic components to make Modular belts
* Ensure products meet quality and accuracy standards
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Perform data entry and general administrative duties
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist with enquiries
* Filing and office support tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills
* Reliability and the ability to work well within a team
Previous experience is not essential — full training will be provided.
