Across a variety of shifts including afternoons, weekends, and sleepovers.

The Role
Support Worker
Support participants in SIL homes and the community to live independently and build confidence.
You'll assist with:
* Daily living & personal care
* Community access & transport
* Household tasks & meal preparation
* Digital shift notes & incident reporting
You'll be supporting individuals with complex needs — so resilience, empathy and professionalism are essential.

About You
* Empathetic, reliable and flexible (Must be able to work sleepovers)
* Strong documentation skills
* Cert III preferred (not essential for the right candidate)
* Experience within NDIS sector
Mandatory Requirements
* QLD Working with Children Card (No Card/No Start)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)
* First Aid & CPR
* Valid Driver's Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
* NDIS Worker Orientation & Safe and Enjoyable Meals Modules
* Working rights in Australia
