Role
We are recruiting an Experienced Landscape Architect to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will provide landscape design, documentation and contract administration services for landscape architecture projects across ANZ. The role includes multidisciplinary collaboration, project management, coordination, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and document landscape, open space planning, landscape master plans, water sensitive urban design, streetscapes, public infrastructure, linear trails, public buildings, residential estates, parks and reserves, landscape assessments and visualisations.
* Apply project management principles to assigned tasks and deliver project outcomes to the required standard and within agreed timeframes and fees.
* Prepare detailed design, construction documentation and specification packages for Landscape Architectural projects and coordinate construction documentation across disciplines and consultants.
* Apply skills in CAD drafting and Adobe products, report writing and hand graphics.
* Collaborate with appropriate team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of project deliverables.
* Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the wider team.
* Liaise with clients to progress the landscape design process and achieve the project outcomes.
* Liaise with Councils and other Statutory Authorities to obtain approval of design packages on behalf of our clients.
About You
We are looking for a professional with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5–7 years industry experience working as a Landscape Architect.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe.
* Relevant project experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
